  3. Add the remaining ⅓ of the flour and mix into a dough ball.
  4. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of extra gluten-free flour onto a large cutting board.
  5. Roll out the dough into a flat circle slightly larger than your pie pan.
  6. Drape the dough over the pie pan and press it gently into the shape of the pan.
