I grew up baking traditional French Canadian recipes with my grandmother, all of which used All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder. Neither of those ingredients are great if you're on a low inflammation diet. This recipe for All Purpose Flour is a good general flour that you can make in big batches and keep in your pantry. Unlike the store-bought gluten-free flours, this one is free of Corn ingredients. With the addition of the psyllium husk, rice protein, and xanthan gum, this makes for a stickier dough and generally more versatile flour.
